As both a Certified Buyer’s Agent and Certified Negotiation Expert, Chris utilizes her professional skills in evaluating and providing expert insight into the real estate market for the client who is buying or selling their most valued asset.
From the start of every transaction, through every stage of the buying or selling process, Chris provides the tools, knowledge, advice and support for the most successful outcome. One of the keys to Chris’ success is strategic pricing analysis of properties, which generally results in multiple offers for her.
Formerly in her career, Chris was Chief Operating Officer for the largest Day Spa company in the country, Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas, and the largest owner of International Salons, Regis Corp. Chris utilizes her operational skills in pricing market analysis, retail marketing, and understanding economic changes in the real estate market at large affecting local real estate. Chris is a champion in community volunteer services, having donated over 5000 hours of community services to New York City.
